Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, Design Glut takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.

Terms & Conditions

Design Glut will process all orders within three working days of receipt of order, not including weekends or official state holidays. In special cases you will be notified that processing may take longer, such as items not in stock.

All US orders are sent by USPS Priority Mail, which delivers, on average, in 2-3 days. All international orders are sent by USPS First Class mail, for which shipping times vary by location. We have tracking numbers for every shipment. We do our best to properly package all shipments, but damage or loss occurring during the transport is beyond Design Glut's responsibility. Delay in shipping is also beyond our control. Please plan accordingly, especially during busy seasons such as the holidays.

Prices are as stated on the web site and are subject to change at any time without notice.

Design Glut hopes all customers are happy with their purchases. If the product(s) delivered are not what you ordered or are defective, please let us know within seven days of receipt of goods and we will provide a refund or replacement. The item must be returned within fourteen days of receiving the item. We will be happy to issue a full refund (minus initial postage costs and PayPal fee) or exchange the item. Items should be returned in their original condition. Return postage must be paid by customer.

Jewelry and other art/creative items are handmade by designers themselves. Design Glut considers these to be not products but art objects with no specific function. Please use at your own risk. Design Glut will not be liable for damage or expense arising directly or indirectly as a consequence of use of the item.
